Treks in Himalayas in India

India is a vast country with the Himalayan Range forming its northern boundary. Its climate and geography are complex, so when considering your tour you need to plan carefully where to go, when to go and what your budget is. The initial experience of India - the heat,
the noise and the street life, the vibrant colours and the multitudes of people - may bewilder and exhaust the first time visitor, but the country and its people are friendly and also hospitable.

Since approximately 10,000 BC Syria was one of centers of Neolithic culture (PPNA) where agriculture and cattle breeding appeared for the first time in the world. The following Neolithic period (PPNB) is represented by rectangular houses of Mureybet culture.

We just got news that Dubai-based Absolute Adventure is helping set up Syria's first adventure tour operator, and their inaugural trip, running from May 24 to June 3, is being offered below cost (a reduced rate of $1,895) to the adventurous souls who help refine the itinerary.

From there guests embark on desert camel trek to the Dead Cities, a traditional overnight in a Bedoin tent, and even camping outside some of the ruins to watch dawn break as human ancestors did some 2,500 years ago.

s a child I was slave to my impulses; now I am slave to my habits, as are all grown men. I have surrendered my free will to the years of accumulated habits and the past deeds of my life have already marked out a path which threatensdwad

I'd love to trek Syria but not on a camel. Me and riding animals don't mix - had bad experiences with horses and elephants :)

Thanks for sharing. Its sound really interesting and adventure tour and I did not have Camel Trekking experience. When we arrived there the weather was very warm but now during our Egypt tour we thinking about it.

I went to Syria seven times from 1997 to 2003, as part of an archaeological expedition. It was a wonderful country to visit, in large part because (at least it the time) it hadn't been overrun by hordes of American tourists, and therefore sites like Palmyra and Krak de Chevalier still felt a little wild, and you had a lot more freedom to explore them than you would ever find in a more popular destination, like Egypt or Greece. The people were always wonderfully friendly, too. I'd love to get back now and see if it has changed; hopefully not!
