It's been a phenomenal week of kayaking for the Epicocity crew on southwest China's Salween River. Himalayan snowmelt left the Salween swollen with rapids that were the biggest and most exciting we've paddled over the past two months.

Joel July 13th, 2009 11:13 am Thanks Jon and Angel This weekend I added a run with standard running ビブラム and did some serious stretching before my run with fivefingers . Today, my calves do not hurt nearly as much. So, stretching and some alternating seems to be the answer. I was a little disappointed in how much it hurt ファイブフィンガーズ bottoms of my feet when I ran on a rocky trail and then a gravel path with rocks that were hard to avoid.

Palestinian Authority has had financial difficulties since late last year and is running a monthly deficit of $30 million. The French government provided it with a special grant of $14.3 million on Monday.

Hey this adventure is really unbelievable and really interesting too. I admire that you are an adventurous people. I wish i could kayak just like that. I also loved you photo it so real and clear.
