A year from now, it will be impossible to repeat the eight-day rafting trip we just completed down the Great Bend of the Yangtze. This 120-mile section of the Yangtze, like many of China's rivers, will be dammed in 2009. It was amazing to experience this world-class stretch of whitewater before it changes forever.

I think in China, there are so many wonderful and interesting sights that you can enjoy, I hope one day I will also have the opportunity to go to China.

Today, my calves do not hurt nearly as much. So, stretching and some alternating seems to be the answer. I was a little disappointed in how much it hurt ファイブフィンガーズ bottoms of my feet when I ran on a rocky trail and then a gravel path with rocks that were hard to avoid.

I could really picture out how fun the adventure was.I had already tried rafting and I could really say that it is one of the most extreme adventure I had been and the experience is all worth spending for.
