Wow, having read that you did 4,679 miles in Alaska and Yukon, I think that my husband can certainly achieve his 100 mile non-stop walk over the Pennines, England in July. He has been training week in week out and is struggling with the shear exhaustion at the minute of keeping going when the body is tired. Do you have any tips on how to keep the body going?
